2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.

3. Fractional Horse Ownership

Stablemans offers fractional ownership in thoroughbred horses. By purchasing shares, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Each share represents a percentage ownership in a specific horse
• Ownership is transferred to Stablemans Holding once all shares have been sold, each horse has 1000 shares on average with 500 being sold at a time.
• Ownership is subject to all applicable laws and regulations
• Shareholders are responsible for costs associated with their ownership percentage
• Profits, if any, will be distributed according to ownership percentage
• Stablemans maintains management control of all horses

4. Account Registration

To access certain features of our service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

5. Payment Terms

All payments for shares are processed through our secure payment system on the NMKR site or through a purchasing portal. Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified. All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued except as required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Stablemans, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
